The Release Date of the upcoming NEOGEOX Gold Has Thousands of Gamer's Talking
If you're like me and one of your all time old school favorite game systems was the NeoGeo (1990), then this winter you are in for a treat! The NEOGEOX Gold is scheduled for release in the US on December 6th, and at an enticing price tag of $199.99. The system will include the NEOGEOX handheld now boasting a 4.3" LCD screen, and coming preloaded with 20 classic NEOGEO game titles. The whole unit does work together as a charging dock for the handheld and it does offer HDMI output as well.
I know I'm grabbing mine in December, this is truly home arcade at it's finest. The system also allows you to hook the handheld up in the docking station to allow playback through your TV. Some of the titles including in the preloaded release will be: Metal Slug, Samurai Showdown 2, and King of the Monsters.
